High-pressure units with frequency converters
The latest product of our company was created as a result of the implemented project "Regional Operational Program of the Silesian Voivodeship - a real answer to real needs - Development of research and development activities in the field of mining technologies in the company Inoxihp Poland Sp. z o. o. " and they are high pressure units with frequency converters.
In these units, the microprocessor controller, on the basis of signals from pressure transducers and the set working pressure, controls the operation of the pump units included in the high-pressure unit and the rotational speed of the selected / selected drives in order to achieve the working pressure so as to meet the set output parameters.

The units can be offered in the following systems:
1. Single-pump
2. Multipump:
  • with the only regulated pump and the other pumps without regulation,
  • with many regulated pumps.
Advantages of the solution:
    • the use of frequency converters prevents hydraulic shocks in the hydraulic system and mechanical in the pump-motor system, which translates into a reduction in operating costs.
    • guaranteed stable operating pressure
    • reduction of electricity consumption by pump units, according to laboratory tests, by about 20-30%
